Here in the Philippines Sinigang na Baboy was the one of the favorite in terms of dishes. This dish is very indemand during rainy days and cold season because of its hot soup and sour taste. These are the ingredients and the procedure on how to cook Sinigang na Baboy.


Ingredients of Sinigang na Baboy:

1 kg of Pork
1 pack of Knorr Sampalok
2 pieces of tomato
1 piece of onion
2 pieces of green finger pepper
lady's finger
string beans
radish
egg plant
swarm cabbage


How to cook Sinigang na Baboy?
Put the pork into pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Then put the sliced tomato, onion, lady's finger, string beans. radish, green finger pepper, 
egg plan, and swarm cabbage then cook for 10 minutes. Put 2 table spoon of salt and 1/2 tea spoon of ajinamoto. then cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes put the Knorr Sampalok and cook for another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes you can dine your Sinigang na Baboy and enjoy eating this kind of dish, Sinigang na Baboy is very delicious and nutritious food this is good for childrens.
