Adobong Baboy Recipe
Our recipe for today is Adobong Baboy. Pilipinos are very good in terms of cooking and creating new recipes. Adobong Baboy is too easy to cook and very affordable in buying ingredients. This dish is very good to serve in lunch and dinner time. These are the ingredients and the procedure on how to cook Adobong Baboy. 
 

Ingredients of Adobong Baboy:
1 kg of pork
1 kg of meat
1/2 kg of liver
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 head of garlic
2 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of vinegar



How to cook Adobong Baboy:
Slice the meat and pork into pieces with an average size. Blend the vinegar and soy sauce after slicing the pork and meat. Put the garlic and pepper and cover then cook after 20 minutes. Taste if its too salty or sour then adjust the taste then put the liver and cook for another 15 minutes. After cooking put the Adobong Baboy in a clean serving plate and put some leave of laurel at the top then you can serve now the Adobong Baboy with Liver.
