How To Make Leche Flan
During Christmas, Birthday parties and some special days there people always prepare Leche Flan for desserts and for sweets. Leche Flan is one of the most preferred desserts because of its tenderness and delicious taste. This day i will teach you on how to make leche flan and also the ingredients of leche flan.


Ingredients:
10 pieces raw duck eggs
1 small can condensed milk
1 cup fresh milk (or evaporated milk)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup nata de coco (optional)
1 cup gulaman (optional)



Procedure on How To Make Leche Flan

Separate the yolk to white eggs then put the yolk to container (only the yolks will be use). Scramble the egg yolks and add the condensed milk and beat thoroughly. Put in the fresh milk and mix well after mixing put it to molder and steam in low fire for 15 minutes. If the leche flan is already cook. Put in the 1 cup of granulated sugar on the mold and mix thoroughly until the solid sugar turns into liquid look and having a light brown color. Put the liquid look sugar or also called caramel at the top of the leche flan and steam it again for another 30 - 35 minutes and put aluminum foil at the top of the molder and after steaming let the temperature cooldown and refrigerate. You can enjoy your leche flan. So that's the procedure on how to make leche flan.
